Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Uncurl (the website at https://uncurl.app, the quiz, the personal plan and the web app, together the "Service"). The Service is provided by [Company name] d.o.o., [Street and number], [Postcode] [City], Croatia, OIB [OIB], registered at [Commercial Court in Split], MBS [number] ("we", "us"). By using the Service or buying a subscription you agree to these Terms.
1. What Uncurl is, and what it is not
Uncurl provides short daily mobility and posture routines for people who sit for long periods. It is a general wellness program. It is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not replace advice from a doctor or physiotherapist.
Talk to a doctor or physiotherapist before starting if you are pregnant, have had recent surgery or an injury, or have numbness, tingling, weakness, pain that wakes you at night, or pain that is getting worse. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, and seek medical help if symptoms continue.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or buy a subscription.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the email address you give us and for keeping access to it secure. Tell us at hello@uncurl.app if you think someone else has used your account.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase in addition to these Terms.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price and interval shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- Introductory offers. If you buy an introductory period (for example, a 1-week plan), it renews into the regular plan shown at checkout unless you cancel before the introductory period ends.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time using the link in your receipt email, in your account, or by writing to hello@uncurl.app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Price changes. We will tell you about any price change at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
- Taxes. Prices include or add VAT and sales taxes as required in your country; Paddle calculates and collects them.
5. Refunds and your right of withdrawal
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you also have the statutory rights described there.
6. Using the Service fairly
The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, resell or redistribute our routines, videos or text, try to access other users' data, or interfere with how the Service works.
7. Our content
We own, or have permission to use, the routines, videos, text, design and software in the Service. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your subscription is active.
8. Changes to the Service
We improve the Service over time and may change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what you paid for, you can cancel and ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
9. Liability
You take part in the routines at your own pace and are responsible for listening to your body. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Ending these Terms
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms; if we do so without a good reason, we will refund the unused part of your subscription.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change matters to you, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. The version that applies is the one in force when you buy or renew.
12. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first at hello@uncurl.app; most issues can be solved quickly by email.
